  3. Expenses and Disbursements - keep track and ensure accountability of expenses, disbursements and outlays without undue delays due to office administration
  4. Project Accounting - bill and manage invoicing and debtors directly through Coretime
  5. Project Workstages - Phases, Stages etc. Projects can either be delivered via consecutive phases or via multiple stages or phases in parallel.

Sage Coretime with Microsoft Project

A number of integration functions are available in Sage Coretime for Microsoft Project:- 

  1. Staff – Active employees from Sage Coretime can be added as resources in MS Project.
  2. Tasks – Project Tasks from MS Project can be transferred into Sage Coretime  
  3. Planner – Tasks from MS Project can be added as planned events in the Staff Planner in Sage Coretime
  4. Budgets - Tasks from MS Project are added as budgets in Sage Coretime 
  5. Percentage Complete – This Coretime option calculates the time worked on tasks and transfers this value as a percentage (%) complete into an MS Project project.

All data in Sage Coretime is held in either MYSQL or MS/SQL Server and can be either be exported via Excel or accessed in real-time by an ODBC driver so that easy-integration with third-party software is available as required.
