Optima Systems choose Coretime to manage IT projects.

Optima Systems was established in 1990 originally to provide specialist Programming and Consulting skills to the IT and Technology industry. Their client base quickly expanded to cover most industry sectors including Finance, Pharmaceuticals, Aerospace, Government, Manufacturing, Marketing and Service Industries. As their list of clients expanded additional service offerings were added and a successful Networking Division was established. Today with projects completed for well respected companies such as Aviva, Glaxo Smith-Kline and Reliance Mutual they have enjoyed considerable success.

As a result of their expanding project list and increasing numbers of staff in 2009 Optima identified a need for a robust tool for tracking project time and expenses as well as resources allocated to their projects. The initial free trial of Sage Coretime involved transferring employee and project data into Coretime and was completed successfully. In March 2009 Optima installed Sage Coretime for 11 users and have since added licences for additional users which now total 21.
