Implementation
Sage Coretime is highly configurable software and allows system parameters to be set to suit the way you want to use the system. Following installation, we undertake a process of understanding in detail how you want to use your software and then configuring your system to meet your individual business needs.
There are literally hundreds of different system parameters you are able to change but we seek to put in place those we think will be most useful for you and the way you want to operate.
Here are a couple of examples to illustrate some of these parameters:
- Set up projects using e.g. Project codes or Client names.
- Set up timesheet parameters e.g. 5 day working day week or 7 day week.
- Set access privileges by user to restrict access e.g. Finance Director –full access to financial data, Administator – full access to project set up area.
- Set up approval processes e.g. Allow sign-off of time and expense data by designated Line Managers.
Much of this is done for you at your offices, following discussion with you, and as a pre-cursor to training so that you are able to amend parameters in the future should requirements change.We aim to ensure that however you choose to use your system, you are set up correctly, to maximise productivity when using your new timesheet and project management system.
We also offer ongoing support through our dedicated Support Team who are always available to help you with any problems you may encounter both in the initial stages when first using your system and ongoing for routine support queries.
